Why is it important to have an agenda?

Using an agenda is very important, because it allows you to arrange appointments, plan visits during the fair in advance and contact Exhibitors of interest for your company business, thus saving you a lot of time.

As a Buyer, you can send appointments to and receive appointments from all the Exhibitors on the platform.

You cannot request an appointment with an Exhibitor unless the Exhibitor has activated their agenda. If the Exhibitor hasn’t yet done so, you can invite them to activate the agenda by pressing .

Activating your Agenda

To activate the Agenda, log in to My Matching and enter the start and end times in MY AGENDA, on the Dashboard.

Take great care when entering the start and end times of your agenda.
Once you enter this information , it cannot be edited.
